Fast-hardening Plugging Binder (also named Plugging Cement) has excellent characteristics for special construction of preventing seep and blocking seep.

1. rapid setting: initial setting 1-4 minutes, final setting 2-5 minutes;
2. high early strength(W/C 0.25 to 0.35): 15MPa(15 min), 30-50MPa(30 min);  
3. micro-expansion
4. to be suitable for filling crack, preventing seep, blocking seep, rushing to repair, etc.
